崗位職責/職位描述
1.Be responsible for Concierge Services,Bell Service & Drivers.
負責管理禮賓部，提供禮賓服務、行李服務和交通服務。
2.Provide detailed and accurate informationto guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilitiesboth within and outside the establishment.
向客人和其它部門提供關于酒店內外廣泛的服務和設施的詳細而準確的信息。
3.Directs and controls all subordinate toensure that all operational matters are handles on time and guest expectationsare met.
監管和控制所有下屬員工，確保所有運營事項按時處理，并達到客人期望。
4.Prepares duty rosters and ensuring mostefficient use of manpower resources.
安排員工班次，確保最有效地利用人力資源。
5.Co-ordinates guest transportationrequirements and takes corrective action in the event of anticipated problems.
協調客人的用車需求，并對可能出現的問題采取正確的措施。
6.Supervises luggage, message and guestdelivery and pick-ups.
管理好所有需要遞送和接運的行李，留言和需要接送的客人。
7.Brief? associates? on all group arrivals anddepartures, itineraries, name of group, number of rooms and name of tour guideand current house availability

崗位要求
1.College?or above
大專（含）以上學歷優先考慮
2.Relevant Experience in international hotelbrand 1 year above will be preferred
具備國際品牌酒店類似工作1年及以上經驗
3.Ability of English communication
具備良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
4.Good Communication skills
良好的談吐及溝通技巧
5.Pleasantly personality, persistent
