崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1. Supervisesand manages all subordinate Villa Attendants to ensurethat all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guestexpectations are met.
監(jiān)督和管理所有下屬的服務(wù)員，確保每天的運(yùn)營(yíng)事宜得到及時(shí)處理和滿足客人需求。
2.Assigns villas for cleaning as perschedules and monitors the cleaning process.
按要求安排清潔和監(jiān)管清潔程序。
3.Ensures that vacant rooms are cleaned ontime, checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to housekeepingonce complete.
確保空房及時(shí)清潔，檢查清潔完成情況，完成時(shí)及時(shí)報(bào)告給辦公室。
4.Reports engineering failures andbreakdowns and follows up on repair schedules.
報(bào)告工程缺陷，跟進(jìn)維修的進(jìn)度。
5.Oversees the cleanliness and maintenanceof housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order.
監(jiān)督客房部工作間的干凈和維護(hù)，確保物品擺放有序。
6.Oversees the issuing, controlling andapplication of housekeeping cleaning chemicals.
監(jiān)管客房部清潔用品的發(fā)放，控制和使用。
7.To attend to any ad hoc guest requestsensuring that they are is properly attended to.
關(guān)注客人的任何需求，并確保得到合理關(guān)注。
8.To oversee the turndown process ensuringspecially requested times are adhered to.
監(jiān)管開(kāi)夜床的過(guò)程，確保特殊要求得到及時(shí)滿足。
崗位要求
1.Diploma or Degree preferably inhospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科或?qū)？茖W(xué)歷。
2. More than 2 years working experience inthe same position is preferred.
2年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
3. familiar with the hotel's customerservice requirements.
熟悉掌握酒店對(duì)客服務(wù)的要求。
4. professional and responsible, civilizedbehavior.
