崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.Familiar with HACCP standards, pay attention to personal hygiene and food safety, and strictly control the quality of all food.
熟知HACCP標(biāo)準(zhǔn),注重個(gè)人衛(wèi)生及食品安全,嚴(yán)格把控好所有食品的質(zhì)量。
2. Ensure that the relevant areas of the kitchen and all types of facilities, equipment and appliances are carried out safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
確保廚房相關(guān)區(qū)域及各類設(shè)施設(shè)備和用具等,按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序安全地進(jìn)行日常運(yùn)作。
3. According to the task assigned by the superior, make and produce all kinds of products in strict accordance with the formula standards and standard operating procedures, and strictly control the loss.
根據(jù)上級(jí)下達(dá)的任務(wù),嚴(yán)格按照配方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序制作和各式產(chǎn)品,嚴(yán)控?fù)p耗。
