崗位職責/職位描述
1.Familiar with HACCP standards, pay attention to personal hygiene and food safety, and strictly control the quality of all food.
熟知HACCP標準,注重個人衛生及食品安全,嚴格把控好所有食品的質量。
2. Ensure that the relevant areas of the kitchen and all types of facilities, equipment and appliances are carried out safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
確保廚房相關區域及各類設施設備和用具等,按照標準操作程序安全地進行日常運作。
3. Proficient in the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of various cakes, desserts, fondant cakes and chocolate accessories.
熟練掌握各式蛋糕、甜品、翻糖蛋糕及巧克力配件的理論知識及操作技能。
4. Organized and led team members to produce various products according to standard operating procedures according to the tasks assigned by superiors.
根據上級下達的任務,組織并帶領團隊成員按標準操作程序制作各式產品。
5. Participate in the monthly development of new products and draft promotion plans to submit to the bakery executive chef for approval.
每月參與開發新產品及起稿推廣方案提交餅房行政總廚審定。
6. Assist the superior chef to formulate the cost of various products and control the gross profit margin.
協助上級廚師長擬定各式產品的成本及控制毛利率。
7. Assist the superior chef to effectively control the procurement, receipt, storage and quality of food ingredients.
協助上級廚師長對食材的采購、收貨、儲存和品質進行有效的管控。
8. Assist superior chef to supervise and train subordinates.
協助上級廚師長督導及培訓下屬員工。
9. Responsible for the systematic attendance of the bakery.
負責餅房的系統考勤工作。
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior chef.
完成上級廚師長指派的其他工作。
