1. Produce periodic action plan based on the Business Plan and ensure that the sales team is conducting business according to the set objectives.
根據(jù)既定的商業(yè)計(jì)劃,制定定期的銷售活動(dòng),確保整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)致力于完成銷售目標(biāo)
2. Keep abreast of current market trends and research competitors.
保持對(duì)目前的市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)的認(rèn)知,做好競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手酒店分析和市場(chǎng)調(diào)研
3. Assists in the development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing plan.
協(xié)助制定促銷戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃。
4.Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales initiatives and trends.
監(jiān)督銷售計(jì)劃的貫徹和實(shí)施。
5. Reports on the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing programs.
匯總市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷手段的有效性。
6. Assists in setting up systems to monitor achievement of departmental and individual goals and objectives.
協(xié)助建立有效的體系,監(jiān)督部門及個(gè)人目標(biāo)的完成情況。
7. Periodically accompany all sales managers on site inspections, client appointments to ensure consistency in sales process and quality standards.
定期陪同所有銷售經(jīng)理進(jìn)行酒店現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察,與客戶會(huì)面,確保銷售流程和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性
8. Manages & assists in strategic department planning and development.
管理和協(xié)助制定部門戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃,監(jiān)督其實(shí)施。
