1.Greet guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner, and try to know and address guests by name.

2.Register and arrange rooms for all visitors according to established procedures.

3.Familiar with department standard working procedures.

4.Check in, check out and room move and ensure that all information is fully entered into the hotel computer system in accordance with the reservation
履行入住、退房和換房手續(xù),并確保所有資料都按照預(yù)訂情況完整的輸入酒店電腦系統(tǒng)。
5.Maintain cash on hand limit and ensure accurate daily reporting of cash received.

6.Cash personal and traveler's checks for hotel guests and assist in foreign exchange.

9.Be familiar with all special promotions, such as seasonal package programs, frequent flyer programs and MGM membership information programs.

10.Handles guest complaints, inquiries and requests, and transfers questions to supervisors and Guest Services Managers if you are unable to handle.

11.Make every effort to ensure that guests leave with a good impression of the service

20.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards.

21.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception.

任職資格:

College degree or above
大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷
A minimum of 1 year as Front Desk Agent in a similar size hotel
應(yīng)具備在相當(dāng)規(guī)模酒店1年前臺(tái)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
