崗位職責/職位描述

崗位職責:

1. 主動學習并掌握房務(wù)部門的運營流程、服務(wù)標準、核心指標及相互協(xié)作模式
Proactively learn and master operational procedures, service standards, key performance indicators, and collaborative models across core departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales.
2. 始終以身作則,成為酒店卓越服務(wù)文化的踐行者和傳播者,致力于為客人創(chuàng)造難忘的體驗
Embody and champion the hotel's culture of exceptional service, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests.
3. 主動與客人互動,收集反饋,并能從日常觀察中系統(tǒng)性分析客人需求趨勢,為服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品改進提出建議
Proactively engage with guests to gather feedback, systematically analyze guest needs trends from daily observations, and propose service or product improvements.
4.學習并有效運用酒店的問題升級流程,妥善處理賓客投訴,并能夠復(fù)盤案例,提煉預(yù)防性措施
Master and effectively apply the hotel's escalation procedures, resolve guest complaints appropriately, and conduct case reviews to develop preventative measures.
5. 積極為酒店的流程、服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品帶來新的想法和視角,在可控范圍內(nèi)嘗試創(chuàng)新的解決方案
Actively contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to hotel processes, services, or products, and explore innovative solutions within controlled parameters.
6.動與各層級的同事建立積極、專業(yè)的工作關(guān)系,理解不同崗位的挑戰(zhàn),培養(yǎng)跨部門協(xié)作能力
Build positive, professional working relationships with colleagues at all levels, understand role-specific challenges, and cultivate cross-departmental collaboration skills
7.能夠清晰、專業(yè)地與同事、上級及賓客進行口頭和書面溝通。能在部門會議中做匯報,分享輪崗心得
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, supervisors, and guests both verbally and in writing. Deliver reports during department meetings and share insights from rotational assignments

Proactively take responsibility, motivate peers, and drive task completion within project teams or daily operations

任職資格:

1.全日制本科及以上學歷
Full-time bachelor's degree or higher
2. 英語四級及以上,有較好的聽說讀寫能力
CET-4 or equivalent, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
3.具有累計6個月及以上社會實踐經(jīng)歷
At least 6 months of cumulative social practice experience
