崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Delight Guest 和悅賓客
1. Assist guests with heavy parcels, clothes, suitcases, etc. Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guests.
主動協(xié)助客人提重包裹，拿衣服，提手提箱等，向客人提供禮貌和迅速的協(xié)助。
2.Maintain a pleasant attitude and be attentive to all incoming guests.
保持令人愉悅的態(tài)度并專心接待每位到來的客人。
3. Have the function of front desk registration.
具備前臺登記職能。
4.Follow guest check-in and check-out procedures for Luggage related issues.
在與行李相關(guān)的問題上，遵守客人入住和退房工作程序。
5. Greet guests at the main entrance and greet them appropriately at specific times, paying special attention to regular guests.
在正門處歡迎客人，按具體時間段向客人發(fā)出合適的問候，特別要注意常客。
6. Open and close car doors for arriving and departing guests.
為到店和離店的客人開關(guān)車門。
7.Keep vehicle doorways and driveways clean.
保持車輛門道和車道的清潔。
