1、制定及執行飯店市場銷售計劃
2、酒店市場開發、客源組織和酒店商品客房、餐飲、會議的銷售工作。
3、分析市場動向特點和發展趨勢，設立市場目標。
4、走訪客戶，根據市場變化不斷改進服務工作。
5、審核服務活動的策劃方案，組織員工工作。
6、簽定住房優惠協議、旅行社房價協議及各種合作協議、報刊合同、廣告宣傳服務協議。
7、統籌酒店內外的公關宣傳工作，審閱酒店對外發布的宣傳稿件。
8、對外通過接待、出訪、新聞媒介等，對內做好各部門的推銷和宣傳活動等，管理美工制作以達到酒店經營的宣傳目標。
1. Develop and execute the hotel's sales and marketing plan.
2. Responsible for hotel market development, client organization, and sales of hotel guestrooms, catering, and meetings.
3. Analyze market trends, characteristics, and development directions, and establish marketing objectives.
4. Visit clients, adapt to market changes, and continuously improve service delivery.
5. Review event策劃 plans and organize staff work.
6. Sign accommodation discount agreements, travel agency rate contracts, various partnership agreements, as well as newspaper and magazine contracts, and advertising and publicity service agreements.
7. Coordinate internal and external public relations and promotional activities; review promotional materials released by the hotel.
8. Externally, engage in receptions, visits, and media relations; internally, coordinate sales and promotional activities across departments, and manage the work of graphic designers, to achieve the hotel's marketing and communication goals.
