Job Description

1、建立目標客戶、人員名錄與客戶檔案,定期根據客戶變更情況增刪修改,使之準確;
2、采取電話、郵件、傳真、贈品等方式進行定期拜訪、聯絡和產品推廣;
3、定期向上級匯報原客戶變化和新開發客戶情況,針對客戶心理開展競爭吸引客戶。
4、制定協議單位走訪計劃、聯系促銷及保持良好的公共關系;
5、根據客戶需求妥善安排酒店的參觀活動,做到事先準備、事后反饋客戶合理要求及時向上級匯報;
6、根據淡旺季進行市場調研,了解市場行情與動向,完成調研報告,隨時掌握市場動態;
7、日常做好客戶來電、來人、來文預訂、及時回復和確認預定,正確把握酒店產品銷售價格權限;
8、主動做好客與服務部門的協調關系,了解客戶反饋意見;
9、協助處理賓客投訴,要求靈活機智、周到妥帖、有禮有節;
10、主動協助聯系催收欠款,避免拖欠損失。
11、積極協助上級領導工作,服從上級工作安排,完成交辦工作。

1. Establish target customer directories and client files, regularly updating them by adding, deleting, or modifying information based on changes in customer circumstances to ensure accuracy.
2. Conduct regular visits, correspondence, and product promotions via telephone, email, fax, giveaways, and other methods.
3. Regularly report changes in existing clients and newly developed clients to superiors, and engage in competitive strategies to attract clients by understanding their needs.
4. Develop visitation plans for contracted corporate accounts, coordinate promotional activities, and maintain good public relations.
5. Arrange hotel site visits according to client needs, ensuring thorough preparation beforehand and follow-up afterward; promptly report reasonable client requests to superiors.
6. Conduct market research during low and peak seasons to understand market trends and directions, complete research reports, and stay informed of market dynamics at all times.
7. Handle daily client reservations made by phone, email, or correspondence, promptly respond to and confirm reservations, and correctly apply the hotel's product sales price authorization limits.
8. Proactively coordinate between guests and service departments, and gather client feedback.
9. Assist in handling guest complaints with flexibility, tact, thoughtfulness, courtesy, and principle.
10. Proactively assist in contacting and following up on overdue payments to avoid losses.
11. Actively support the work of superiors, comply with work assignments, and complete delegated tasks.
