Job Description

1、負(fù)責(zé)西餐熱菜的制作,包括前期的食材準(zhǔn)備、烹飪過程中的火候控制、調(diào)味及裝盤等環(huán)節(jié),確保菜品品質(zhì)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2、根據(jù)菜單要求,獨(dú)立完成各類西式熱菜的烹飪,如牛排、意面、燴飯、燉菜等,保證出品速度與質(zhì)量;
3、嚴(yán)格遵守食品安全與衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保廚房操作區(qū)域的清潔與消毒,維護(hù)良好的工作環(huán)境。
4、協(xié)助研發(fā)新菜品,參與菜單更新與優(yōu)化,提出改進(jìn)建議以提升顧客滿意度。
5、合理管理食材庫(kù)存,避免浪費(fèi),確保食材新鮮度與使用效率。
6、配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成每日餐品供應(yīng)任務(wù),適應(yīng)高峰期的快節(jié)奏工作。

1. Responsible for the preparation of Western hot dishes, including preliminary ingredient preparation, heat control during cooking, seasoning, and plating, ensuring that the quality of the dishes meets the required standards.
2. Independently cook various Western hot dishes (such as steak, pasta, risotto, stews, etc.) according to menu requirements, ensuring both speed and quality of output.
3. Strictly comply with food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the cleanliness and disinfection of the kitchen work area, and maintaining a good working environment.
4. Assist in the development of new dishes, participate in menu updates and optimization, and provide suggestions for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Properly manage ingredient inventory to avoid waste, ensuring the freshness and efficient use of ingredients.
6. Collaborate with the team to complete daily meal supply tasks, adapting to the fast-paced work during peak hours.

Talent requiring standard?

1,具備西餐熱菜制作基礎(chǔ)技能,熟悉西餐烹飪流程及常用工具設(shè)備的使用;
