Job Description1、負責中餐的日常運營管理,確保菜品出品質量穩定、口味符合標準
2、根據菜單要求獨立完成各類中式熱菜的烹制工作,掌握煎、炒、烹、炸等烹飪技法
3、合理控制食材成本,做好原材料的驗收、儲存及使用管理
4、維護廚房設備,確保操作區域衛生符合食品安全標準
5、協助廚師長研發新菜品,定期更新菜單
6、完成上級其他合理分配的職責和任務1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Chinese Cuisine, ensuring consistent dish quality and standardized flavor.
2. Independently prepare various Chinese hot dishes according to menu requirements, mastering cooking techniques such as frying, stir-frying, boiling, and deep-frying.
3. Effectively control ingredient costs, and manage the inspection, storage, and usage of raw materials.
4. Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the work area complies with food safety standards.
5. Assist the Head Chef in developing new dishes and regularly updating the menu.
6.Embrace the corporate culture and follow instructions from superiors.??人才要求
Talent requiring standard?1、具有2-3年以酒店行業同崗位經驗;
2、具有較強的協調能力;具有強烈的責任心、勇于開拓和創新;
4、擁有較高的烹飪技術,了解和熟悉食品材料的產地、規格、質量、一般進貨價;
5、具備豐富的餐飲管理經驗,對于服務流程、產品品質、成本管控、員工管理等擁有實際操作經驗;1. 2-3 years of experience in the same position within the hotel industry.
2. Strong coordination skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the courage to innovate and explore new approaches.
3. Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of the origin, specifications, quality, and general procurement prices of food ingredients.
4. Extensive food and beverage management experience, including practical expertise in service sequence , product quality control, cost management, and staff supervision.??
