Job Description1、負責酒店包餅房房日常運營,包括各類西式糕點、面包、甜點的制作與出品。
2、根據酒店標準研發新品西點,定期更新菜單并控制成本。
3、嚴格把控原料驗收、儲存及使用標準,確保食品安全與品質。
4、維護西點制作區域設備,保持工作環境符合管理標準。
5、協助廚房完成大型活動及VIP客人的定制西點需求。
6、完成上級其他合理分配的職責和任務。1. Responsible for the daily operations of the hotel pastry&bakery kitchen, including the production and presentation of various Western-style pastries, breads, and desserts.
2. Develop new pastry items according to hotel standards, regularly update menus, and control costs.
3. Strictly manage ingredient inspection, storage, and usage standards to ensure food safety and quality.
4. Maintain equipment in the pastry production area and keep the workspace compliant with management standards.
5. Assist the kitchen in fulfilling customized pastry requirements for large events and VIP guests.
