1.Select, develop and manage sales staff.
選擇, 發(fā)展和管理銷售員工。
2. Provide sales leadership for all levels of hotel sales staff. Actively coach and mentor associates to ensure ongoing sales skill development and performance improvement.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)酒店所有級別的銷售員工。主動(dòng)教導(dǎo)幫助員工不斷發(fā)展銷售技能并提高工作表現(xiàn)
3.With revenue management, develop hotel sales strategy. Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented. Actively monitor performance against goals and provide constructive feedback.
根據(jù)酒店?duì)I收管理,發(fā)展酒店銷售策略。 確保銷售策略被充分理解并貫徹執(zhí)行。根據(jù)銷售目標(biāo)積極監(jiān)測員工業(yè)績并提供建設(shè)性的反饋。
4.Manage all sales administrative functions to include goal setting, bonus program administration, Golden Circle, etc.
管理好所有的銷售行政工作以確保銷售目標(biāo)制定,獎(jiǎng)金分配和Golden Circle等工作的順利開展。
5.Assist Director of Sales, and act as one of sales contacts for General Manager, property leaders, Sales Centre and Cluster Sales leaders. As hotel sales leader, understand and accurately represent individual property sales needs.
協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān),并作為總經(jīng)理,業(yè)主,銷售中心和萬豪旗下酒店銷售領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的銷售橋梁。 理解并精確地代表本酒店的銷售需求。
6.Serve as hotel authority on sales processes and sales contracts.
授權(quán)酒店銷售活動(dòng)和銷售合同。
7.Act as hotel sales contact for customers. Serve as customers advocate.
作為酒店客戶的銷售聯(lián)系人,為客戶提供周到的服務(wù)。
8.Develop and execute strategy to meet assigned individual booking goals.
發(fā)展并執(zhí)行酒店的銷售策略以期達(dá)到分配的個(gè)人銷售目標(biāo)。
