職位描述
- 1. 主裝飾維修板塊。
- 2. Responsible for the weekly, monthly and annually working and maintaining plan to ensure that all staffs have been fully understood.編寫周、月和年度維修計劃，確保全體員工完全理解。
- 3. Receive & dispatch maintenance order & ??follow up with checking the finished working. Keep records of daily work completed. Make sure the check lists, log books are recorded correctly.負責接收和發放維修單，經常檢查完成的維修工作，日常工作必須做好記錄并確保日記及報表填寫準確。
- 4. Works closely with the purchasing to ensure the materials ordered are delivered timely與采購部密切聯系，確保部門需要的材料可及時購回。
- 5. Properly arrange daily operation for on-duty engineering team (included duty roster arrangement).根據管理要求，安排技工操作（包括排班）。
- 6. To ensure that all engineering team are following relevant rules and regulations of the hotel.確保所有員工都遵守相關的酒店條例。
- 7. To provide a courteous & professional service at all times.任何時候都必須提供專業、熱情周到的服務。
- 8. To ensure operational maintenance & energy consumption under his management are strictly controlled.確保其管理下有關設備的操作、維修和能耗受到嚴格的控制。
- 9. Maintain a cleaning area for all the equipment to ensure all of them are working well在其負責的范圍內保持工作區域及設施的整潔有序。
- 10. Respond & attend to fire alarm emergency situation when occasion arises.當有有緊急情況時處理火警與其它緊急事件。
- 11. Be responsible for all the concerns happened during on –duty stage，Coordinate with others from other departments to complete relevant assignment if necessary .負責解決當班時所遇到的任何事情，如有必要協助其它部門同事完成相關任務。
- 12. Should be positively involved in daily work focus on guest problem solving.積極參與日常工作，關注解決客人的問題。
