JOB RESPONSIBILIES【崗位職責】
1.Assist and support the with kitchen and service operations as necessary.
協助和支持廚房和服務部門的運營需求。
2.Promote effective and open communication throughout the Stewarding team both upstream and down.
促進整個管事部團隊上下級的有效和開放的溝通。
3.Ensure and promote effective intradepartmental communication and a spirit of co-operation.

4.Ensure all Stewarding colleagues are aware of, trained in and follow the food safety standards and procedures outlined in the Marriott Hotel food safety program.

5.Ensure chemicals are used and stored safely.

6.Ensure all colleagues are properly trained on the use of any and all chemicals and cleaning products and equipment they may encounter.

JOB SPECIFICATION【崗位要求】
1.Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.

2. Minimum 2 years work experience as Stewarding Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
至少兩年酒店或大型高級餐廳的管事部經理或副理工作經驗。
