Review the overall function of the Housekeeping
Department and coordinates with Front Office and Sales to ensure a healthy
occupancy.

??To identify and develop leadership qualities among supervisors in

Maintain an open communication channel and

【崗位要求】
·College degree or vocational certificate in hotel management or related majors.
酒店管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的大專(zhuān)學(xué)歷或職業(yè)證書(shū)。
Have related certificate is preferred.
有相關(guān)證書(shū)的優(yōu)先考慮。
More than 7 years working experience in housekeeping, including management experience. Similar hotel experience is preferred.
7年以上客房服務(wù),包括管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。相似規(guī)模酒店經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
Good
communication skills in both Chinese and English.
良好的中英文溝通能力。
Proficient
in Microsoft office and hotel management system.
熟練使用微軟辦公軟件和酒店管理系統(tǒng)。
Strong
problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organization and training skills.
