崗位職責/職位描述

【崗位職責】

1、當班期間,監督管理前臺工作。 Supervise front desk job during assigned shift.
2、當班期間,監督前臺收銀工作。Monitor front desk cashiering activities during shift.
3、進行有效的交接班簡報工作,確保前臺運行有序。Conducts shift briefing to ensure well-regulated for front desk.
4、根據標準為客人提供專業快捷的入住和離店服務。 Provide the professional and quickly service to C/I and C/O guest.
5、確保工作區域設施設備正常地運作和完成。Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
6、了解酒店房間供應情況,收入,利潤和銷售策略。 Execute training programs and tools at Front Desk that addresses room availability, revenue, rate and selling strategies that can maximize occupancy.
7、日常培訓和制定培訓計劃。Daily training and make up the training plan.
8、主動與其它部門合作,主動檢查每天到店的客人,貴賓、集團,提前做好準備。Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
9、創建和維護一個良好溫馨的入住體驗,高效,準確的,超越客人預期的服務。Creates and maintains a refined yet welcoming guest registration experience, efficient and accurate cashiering functions and exceeds guests expressed and unexpressed needs.
10、積極引導員工,使他們的工作能超越客人的期望。 Proactively communicates guidelines for staff that shapes the unparalleled standards expected.
11、確定前臺服務達到超越客人期望的水平。 Make certain that areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels.
給員工培訓,激勵并提供持續的溝通,讓員工提供優質和專業的服務的同時促進。
12、完成其他合理分配的職責和任務。Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

3、精通微軟辦公軟件。Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
