崗位職責/職位描述

崗位職責:

1. 客人滿意Guest satisfaction
? 保持并持續不斷的提高對客服務標準。Upgrade guest services on a continual basis.
? 為客人高限度的提供客人所期望的舒適和清潔的酒店環境。To ensure the ultimate comforta and cleanliness for all of our guests, as expected.
?確保為客人所提供的產品和服務,都依附于釣魚臺美高梅酒店集團標準,保持操作的方法和高標準的統一。 Ensure service and production is provided in the proper manner, and with the usual high standards of a DMH. Understand, maintain and execute operational manuals and guidelines.

2. 員工滿意Employee Satisfaction
? 經常與員工溝通以獲得員工滿意度的建議。Communications with staff to seek for staff’s opinions and comments on employee satisfaction issue.
?向公共區域經理提供如何保持員工士氣的反饋。 Gives feedback to the Public Area Manager on the situation of maintenance of high staff morale.
? 積極參與酒店組織的各項員工活動。Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities.
? 積極參與員工意見調查并為改進工作環境提供可行性方案。Actively participates in the Employee Opinion Survey and provides suggestions for actions to improve the scores.

3. 行政工作Administration
? 確保清潔劑、設備和化學清潔劑盤點數據正確。Ensure accurate inventory records on cleaningsupplies, equipment, and chemicals.
? 確保所有活動執行與部門和公司經營項目保持一致,建立安全規章制度標準。Makes sure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established security standards.
?協助培訓,激勵、定期與團隊成員交流來傳遞培養一種勇于承擔的高標準服務。 Assist in training, motivating, and providing regular communication to the team to deliver top service with unmatched professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.

4.部門運作管理Operation Management
?檢查公共區域確保清潔衛生達到高標準。 Inspects public areas to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met.
?控制部門成本包括人力、清潔劑,確保為客人提供高標準的服務。 Assist in controlling departmental costs including labor regarding cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.
?制定遵守各類清潔維護與防護檢修計劃保證家具外表、增加固定裝置和設施設備使用壽命。 Aid in maintaining unparalleled cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to enhance appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
? 協助制定清潔計劃以保證在工作區域內的培訓,工作績效,生產效率等方面都達到高標準。Help with the cleaning program to ensure top quality standards in training, performance, procedures, and productivity pertaining to all public and private guest areas.
?檢查存儲區確保貨品擺放整齊,庫房干凈、整潔。 Oversee storage areas and ensure they are always stocked, clean and tidy.
?任何時候保證所有區域高效率運作,適當利用資源。Ensure that areas of responsibility are running efficient and effective at all times. Proper utilization of resources is a must.

5. 溝通與交流Communication
?與員工進行與工作有關的溝通。 Counsels employees on job related issues and where necessary on items of personal nature.
? 與公共區域經理保持暢通的溝通Keep open communication with Public Area Manager.
?其它部門、上司保持密切工作合作關系,促進反饋,交叉培訓與高效率運作。 Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations.


任職要求:

1. 儀表整潔Neat and pleasant appearance.
2. 表達力強Articulate.
3. 身體健康Good Health.
4. 簡單的英語口語Simple English speaking.
5. 中專及以上學歷Technical Secondary School.
6. 應具備在相當規模酒店2年公共區域高級服務員的經驗2 years as Floor Supervisor in a similar size hotel.
