Guest satisfaction
? 保持并持續(xù)不斷的提高對客服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Upgrade guest services on a continual basis.
? 為客人高限度的提供客人所期望的舒適和清潔的酒店環(huán)境。To ensure the ultimate comforta and cleanliness for all of our guests, as expected.
?確保為客人所提供的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),都依附于釣魚臺美高梅酒店集團標(biāo)準(zhǔn),保持操作的方法和高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的統(tǒng)一。
Ensure service and production is provided in the proper manner, and with the usual high standards of a DMH. Understand, maintain and execute operational manuals and guidelines.
2.員工滿意 Employee Satisfaction
? 經(jīng)常與員工溝通以獲得員工滿意度的建議。Communications with staff to seek for staff’s opinions and comments on employee satisfaction issue.
?向公共區(qū)域經(jīng)理提供如何保持員工士氣的反饋。 Gives feedback to the Public Area Manager on the situation of maintenance of high staff morale.
? 積極參與酒店組織的各項員工活動。Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities.
?積極參與員工意見調(diào)查并為改進工作環(huán)境提供可行性方案。
Actively participates in the Employee Opinion Survey and provides suggestions for actions to improve the scores.
3. 行政工作Administration
?確保清潔劑、設(shè)備和化學(xué)清潔劑盤點數(shù)據(jù)正確。 Ensure accurate inventory records on cleaningsupplies, equipment, and chemicals.
? 確保所有活動執(zhí)行與部門和公司經(jīng)營項目保持一致,建立安全規(guī)章制度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Makes sure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established security standards.
? 協(xié)助培訓(xùn),激勵、定期與團隊成員交流來傳遞培養(yǎng)一種勇于承擔(dān)的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)服務(wù)。Assist in training, motivating, and providing regular communication to the team to deliver top service with unmatched professionalism while fostering a culture of accountability.
4.部門運作管理 Operation Management
?檢查公共區(qū)域確保清潔衛(wèi)生達到高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 Inspects public areas to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met.
? 控制部門成本包括人力、清潔劑,確保為客人提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)。Assist in controlling departmental costs including labor regarding cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.
?制定遵守各類清潔維護與防護檢修計劃保證家具外表、增加固定裝置和設(shè)施設(shè)備使用壽命。 Aid in maintaining unparalleled cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to enhance appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
? 協(xié)助制定清潔計劃以保證在工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的培訓(xùn),工作績效,生產(chǎn)效率等方面都達到高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Help with the cleaning program to ensure top quality standards in training, performance, procedures, and productivity pertaining to all public and private guest areas.
?檢查存儲區(qū)確保貨品擺放整齊,庫房干凈、整潔。 Oversee storage areas and ensure they are always stocked, clean and tidy.
?任何時候保證所有區(qū)域高效率運作,適當(dāng)利用資源。 Ensure that areas of responsibility are running efficient and effective at all times. Proper utilization of resources is a must.
? 完成管理層交辦的其他工作。Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Management from time to time.
任職要求:
1. 儀表整潔Neat and pleasant appearance.
2.表達力強 Articulate.
3. 身體健康Good Health.
4. 簡單的英語口語Simple English speaking.
5. 應(yīng)具備在相當(dāng)規(guī)模酒店2年公共區(qū)域高級服務(wù)員的經(jīng)驗2 years as Senior PA Attendant in a similar size hotel.
