【崗位職責】
1、 協助餐廳經理對餐廳進行經營管理和日常運轉工作，確保各營業目標的圓滿實現。Assist the Restaurant Manager in the operational management and
daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the successful achievement of all
business objectives.
2、協助制定餐廳的每月工作計劃，并督促落實情況，不斷完善工作程序，提高服務質量。Assist in developing monthly work plans for the restaurant,
supervise their implementation, continuously improve work procedures, and
enhance service quality.
3、保障服務質量和衛生標準，帶領全體員工大限度地滿足賓客的合理需求。Ensure service quality and hygiene standards are met, lead the team
to fully satisfy guests’ reasonable needs.
4、制定餐廳員工的培訓計劃，督促落實，并定期參加培訓，提升員工專業技能和服務水平。Develop training plans for restaurant staff, supervise their
execution, and regularly participate in training sessions to enhance employees’ professional skills and service levels.
5、及時收集員工的各種合理化意見和建議，規范員工行為，調動員工積極性，合理調配勞動力。Timely collect reasonable opinions and suggestions from employees,
regulate staff conduct, motivate team members, and allocate labor effectively.
6、掌握日常管理工作，根據具體接待工作，組織人員，做好協調各班組工作。Manage daily operations, organize staff according to specific
reception tasks, and coordinate work among various teams.
7、完成上級交辦的其他工作。Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
【崗位要求】

4.流利的英語說、寫能力；English Fluent in both writing and speaking;
5.2年同等職位五星級國際酒店及特色餐廳相關工作經驗。2 years’ experience in the same position in a 5 stars hotel.
