崗位職責/職位描述

以服務顧客為中心確保穩定的運作,并有效監督員工,圍繞酒店的核心價值和品牌精神開展工作。Ensure the smooth conduct of the shift through customer focused service delivery and effective staff supervision. Promotes the desired work culture and the brand ethos.

崗位職責:

1. 保證提供熱情,專業,高效高質的服務;做到符合酒店的規章制度和MCIL的產品服務標準To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCIL Products & Services Standards
2. 具有豐富的工作知識和管理能力,在工作區域根據標準準確地完成工作職責和任務及起表率作用To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set
3. 在其他的餐飲部門或者是酒店的其他部門,盡可能地靈活地去適應所分派的工作To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned
4. 當轉去或分派到其他部門工作,需按照此部門的任務列表細致地完成工作任務To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another department as per Master Task List for that department
5. 熟悉酒店所提供的服務和設施To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel
6. 與客人建立友善的關系。合理的處理客人所有相關的服務要求To establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service
7. 必須嚴格履行服務標準To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards
8. 保證整個團隊的融洽,專業和好客的形象To ensure that the outlet team projects a warm, professional and welcome image
9. 根據規定完成開檔和收檔的工作To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of work as assigned
10. 徹底的理解和掌握所有菜單中的食物和飲料的知識,并且運用在工作中進行推銷銷售To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative
11. 保持工作環境的整潔To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organize at all times
12. 監控所有營運用品,減少破損和損耗To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
13. 依照規定做好判定工作,及時補充To assist in conducting inventory check on all operating equipment and supplies according to the policy
14. 通過電話有禮貌的,有效率的處理客人的詢問和投訴。如果問題不能馬上解決,必須告訴客人,及確保問題得以解決。同時,及時地報告上級主管To handle guest enquiries either by telephone in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
15. 在餐廳營運中根據需要提供服務To assist in the operation and service as required
16. 與客人建立和善的關系,受到客人的贊賞和肯定To establish a rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships
17. 不斷的更新客人在客房用餐的紀錄To maintain and update the room guest history records
18. 參加或組織部門的培訓和會議,以及出席酒店安排的培訓和相關活動To attend and contribute to all staff meetings departmental and hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities
19. 根據部門安排全面支持部門的培訓計劃To fully support the departmental trainers function in the department assigned
20. 根據酒店儀容儀表的標準, 穿好制服,帶好工牌準時到部門報到,保持個人的衛生To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire and name tag at all times. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards
21. 時刻提供給客人友好的,有禮貌的個性化服務To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
22. 靈活的接受并完全合理的工作,包括在需要的情況下調換部門/區域,合適的商業需求和客人的需求To flexible and to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative department/ areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs


崗位要求:

1. 大專及以上學歷;University degree;
2. 具有5星級以上酒店餐廳同級工作2年以上相關工作經驗。With 2 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at restaurant.
