職位:送餐高級(jí)服務(wù)員 Senior Server-In Room Dining
崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
【崗位職責(zé)】
1、檢查服務(wù)員的儀表儀容,監(jiān)督送餐部服務(wù)員和訂餐員的工作。Inspect the grooming and appearance of servers, and supervise the work of in-room dining servers and order takers.
2、安排服務(wù)員給賓客送贈(zèng)品(如果籃、花籃、巧克力等)。Arrange for servers to deliver complimentary items to guests (e.g., fruit baskets, flower baskets, chocolates, etc.).
3、安排服務(wù)員收回房間通道及其他區(qū)域用過的餐車及餐具,并送往洗碗間。Assign servers to collect used trolleys and tableware from guest room corridors and other areas, and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
4、送餐前,檢查送餐車、托盤及贈(zèng)品,確保一切準(zhǔn)備就緒,一旦需要,即可送出。Before food delivery, inspect delivery trolleys, trays and complimentary items to ensure everything is ready for immediate dispatch when required.
5、控制營(yíng)業(yè)所需的餐具,定期參加盤點(diǎn)。Manage tableware required for daily operations and participate in regular inventory checks.
【崗位要求】
1、有在5星級(jí)同崗位工作1年以上。Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel.
2、熟悉菜肴酒水知識(shí),送餐服務(wù)的工作規(guī)范及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Familiar with food and beverage knowledge, as well as operating procedures and quality standards for in-room dining service.
3、熟知接待服務(wù)中的禮節(jié)禮儀。Proficient in etiquette and protocols for guest reception and service.
4、有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力,及推銷能力。Strong communication skills and sales promotion ability.
