崗位職責/職位描述
【崗位職責】
1、檢查服務員的儀表儀容，監督送餐部服務員和訂餐員的工作。Inspect the grooming and appearance of servers, and supervise the work of in-room dining servers and order takers.
2、安排服務員給賓客送贈品(如果籃、花籃、巧克力等)。Arrange for servers to deliver complimentary items to guests (e.g., fruit baskets, flower baskets, chocolates, etc.).
3、安排服務員收回房間通道及其他區域用過的餐車及餐具，并送往洗碗間。Assign servers to collect used trolleys and tableware from guest room corridors and other areas, and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
4、送餐前，檢查送餐車、托盤及贈品，確保一切準備就緒，一旦需要，即可送出。Before food delivery, inspect delivery trolleys, trays and complimentary items to ensure everything is ready for immediate dispatch when required.
5、控制營業所需的餐具，定期參加盤點。Manage tableware required for daily operations and participate in regular inventory checks.
【崗位要求】
1、有在5星級同崗位工作1年以上。Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel.
2、熟悉菜肴酒水知識，送餐服務的工作規范及質量標準。Familiar with food and beverage knowledge, as well as operating procedures and quality standards for in-room dining service.
3、熟知接待服務中的禮節禮儀。Proficient in etiquette and protocols for guest reception and service.
4、有較強的語言表達能力，及推銷能力。Strong communication skills and sales promotion ability.
