職位：餐飲部實習生 Trainee-F&B Service
崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責：
1.按照部門的要求和標準操作程序，提供高質量的餐飲服務， 對付賬買單按專業程序要求。Delivering Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures，Professionally handle enquiries billing and payment of bills in compliancy with the hotel’s established policies and procedures
2.向主管報告工作中的困難、客人的意見及其他相關的信息Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
3.建立、維持同事員工之間有效的工作關系Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
4.按規定參加每日例會及其他的會議Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
5.根據電腦上先前的記錄，確保對顧客賬單的房間號和姓名的核對Ensure the charged bill is checked against room number and name in accordance with computer listing prior to posting
6. 按規定參加培訓Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
7.在繁忙時和有充足的時間時，配合餐飲部各部門Assists the food and beverage outlet team in peak and idle times
8.隨時保持餐廳區域區域的整齊、清潔Ensure that the restaurant is tidy and clean at all times
任職要求：
教育背景：旅游、酒店管理、餐飲管理等相關專業優先Education background: Tourism, hotel management, catering management and other related majors are preferred.
