職位:客房部實習生(儲備主管)Trainee-Housekeeping
崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責:
?1.任何時候要以一種職業化素養來引導自我,遵守已建立的管理標準和規定、防火規章制度、部門標準程序及政策。Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
2. 制服穿著干凈、整潔,任何時候要保持整齊的外表。Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
3. 班次變動要及時匯報,任何時候要熟知時間安排表,如不能出席工作,需及時通知主管。Report to work on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.
4. 接受客房部門已分配工作任務,如有疑問應及時提出。Pick-up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions.
5. 在出勤表上簽到/簽退并刷上/下班卡。Sign in/out on the payroll sheet or swipe id card in/out and floor keys.
6.領取區域鑰匙、設備、日常用品等等。 Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc. .
7. 按照操作程序和標準清潔客房。Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and standards.
8. 檢查報告樓層管轄區域內的房態差異。Check for any discrepancies on the Room Attendant’s Report.
9. 收集所有的垃圾和可回收垃圾,放置到服務區域垃圾箱里。Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
10. 報告客房破損和維修項目。Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
11. 向客房部報告房間遺留物。Report any items found in check-out rooms to Housekeeping.
12. 完成管理層分配其它工作任務。Perform other duties as assigned by management.
任職要求:
教育背景:旅游、酒店管理、餐飲管理等相關專業優先Education background: Tourism, hotel management, catering management and other related majors are preferred.
