崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

崗位職責(zé):
1.學(xué)習(xí)與協(xié)助:在廚房師傅的指導(dǎo)下,學(xué)習(xí)和掌握基本的烹飪技能,包括食材的處理、烹飪技巧等。Learning and assistance: Under the guidance of the kitchen master, learn and master basic cooking skills, including the handling of ingredients, cooking techniques, etc.

衛(wèi)生與安全:負(fù)責(zé)廚房的衛(wèi)生清潔工作,包括廚具、設(shè)備的清洗和消毒,確保廚房環(huán)境的衛(wèi)生和安全。遵守食品安全規(guī)定,確保食材的儲存、處理和烹飪過程符合衛(wèi)生要求。成本控制:協(xié)助廚房師傅進(jìn)行食材的盤點(diǎn)和記錄,確保食材的合理使用,避免浪費(fèi)。學(xué)習(xí)成本控制的方法,為酒店的運(yùn)營做出貢獻(xiàn)。團(tuán)隊(duì)合作:與其他廚房員工保持良好的溝通和協(xié)作,共同完成廚房的工作任務(wù)。積極參與廚房的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)活動,提升團(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力和執(zhí)行力。Assist the kitchen master in the preparation, cooking, and plating of ingredients to ensure that the dishes produced meet the hotel's quality standards.

Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure that the storage, processing, and cooking of ingredients meet hygiene requirements. Cost control: assist the kitchen master in inventory and record of ingredients to ensure reasonable use of ingredients and avoid waste.
