崗位職責/職位描述
【崗位職責】
1.客人滿意 Guest satisfaction
? 確保接收與跟進有關本部門的一切信息,以便維持設立的標準和獲得客人的滿意。Ensures forwarding and receiving of all informationpertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction.
?準確地接收、記錄及傳達客人的要求。 Receives, records, and transmits guest requests accurately.
? 向行政管家提出改進對客服務的建議。Makes suggestion to the Executive Housekeeper on the improvement of guest service.
? 了解酒店的信息以便為客人提供信息服務。Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
2. 行政工作Administration
? 根據要求參加會議和培訓課程。Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
? 與客房部的標準和程序保持一致。Adheres to Housekeeping standards and procedures and enforces same.
? 根據需要貫徹執行部門的程序和政策。Implements department procedures and policies as needed.
3. 部門運作Operation
? 負責將正確的房態輸入電腦并分析房態差異。Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies.
? 了解酒店的設施設備、產品及服務。Understands the hotel’s facilities, products and services.
? 根據需要貫徹執行部門的程序和政策。Implements department procedures and policies as needed.
? 負責管理客房鑰匙。To responsible for manage room key .
? 向值班經理遞交房態差異表并復印存放。Submitting same to Duty Manager noting any discrepancies and file copy.
4. 溝通與交流Communication
? 與客房部同事保持暢通的溝通。Keep open communication with Housekeeping colleagues.
5. 安全與衛生Safety & Hygiene
?對工作區域進行維護,并保證設備處于潔及維護的良好狀況。 Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair.
? 保持個人工作區域和材料的干凈和整潔。Keep the work area and material clean and tidy.
? 完成行政管家交辦的其他工作。Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Executive Housekeeper from time to time.

2、應具備在相當規模飯店1年客房服務員的經驗。1 year as Room Attendant in a similar size hotel.
