崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責:
1. 每天檢查菜品材料預備是否充分;Daily check that food preparation is sufficient;
2. 服從上級的安排,制作菜單需要的所有菜品;Obey the arrangement of the superior, organize all the food they need to make their menu;
3. 檢查工作柜、工作冰箱,防止儲存的食品霉變;Check work cabinet, refrigerator, prevent mildew stored food;
4. 安全使用,保養本崗位的各種設施設備,并保證其安全使用;The safe use and maintenance of various facilities of the post and ensure there safe use;
5. 嚴格按照操作規范進行工作,并且監督其他人;Adhere strictly to the working practice and supervise others;
6. 嚴格按照酒店的標準制作菜品;Adhere strictly to the standards of the hotel dishes;
7. 熟悉本部門的專業知識標準和衛生規定;Be familiar with professional knowledge of the department's standards and the hygiene rules;
8. 做好廚房清潔衛生,整齊整潔,清凈衛生;Do a good job in the kitchen sanitation, keeping it neat and tidy;
9. 將剩余的食品合理儲存,并將加工好的原料放入冰箱;Proper storage of food and keep processed raw materials in the fridge;
