職位:管事主管 Stewarding Supervisor
崗位職責/職位描述
在當班期間負責監督管事部的運營和清潔工作,確保餐飲物資達到衛生標準;遵守當地的衛生和安全法規,或其它適用的規定,以及品牌規范和當地的規章制度。
崗位職責
1.在經理缺席時負責主持交班會,確保了解酒店的各項活動和運營要求; In absence of Manager conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known;
2. 在當班期間管理廚房設備使用前的準備工作;During the shift, oversees the preparation of kitchen equipment for use;
3. 負責接收和存儲廚房物品的管理工作;Supervises the receiving and storage of kitchen goods;
4. 監督廚房設備的清潔和存放;Supervises the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment;
5. 監督廚房的清潔工作;Supervises the cleaning of the premises;
6.參與監督清潔廚房和設備的工作; Engages in and supervises the cleaning of kitchen and equipment;
7. 保持良好的個人衛生并在小組中執行衛生標準;Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for team;
8. 監督管事部的各項職責,使部門成本控制在合理范圍內;Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs;
9. 與員工和酒店其它部門建立并保持積極的工作關系;Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships;
10. 協助確定庫存的最多和最少量,控制所有材料和設備的標準存貨量;Assists in determining the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all material and equipment;
11.與會計部門員工一起監督盤點庫存; Supervises the counting of inventories in coordination with employees of the accounting division;
12.聯系工程部員工安排預防性的維護維修。 Liaise with employees of the Engineering Division to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
崗位要求
1.食品服務許可或當地政府規定的有效的衛生或健康上崗證; Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency;
2. 具有解決問題,推理,號召,組織和培訓能力;Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities;
3. 1年相關經驗或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
