崗位職責/職位描述
【崗位職責】
1、與其他部門緊密合作，積極主動地溝通VIPs及其特殊需求，團隊需要，離店和隨時發現客人的需求。 Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
2、 打印和熟悉VIPs到達情況后，準備歡迎禮物，引領VIPs進房間，同時在房間內為其辦理入住。Prints and reviews the VIP arrival list daily and assists in preparing and distributing welcome amenities, and escorts VIPs to their rooms and check them in.
3、對客人的各種需求和要求作出個性化回應，同時加注個人的推薦和個性化的服務來達到客人的高滿意度。Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
4、全面掌握酒店的現行項目，推廣，設施和服務方面的信息，并以MGM酒店大使的身份給客人推薦。Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to the MGM grand.
5、跟當地活動，餐廳，大事件很和旅游景點建立良好關系，更好地為客人提供新的現行的信息，同時提供方向指南。Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.
6、為客人做預定，并建立和幫助溝通他們的行程表。Make reservations for guests and create and communicate their itineraries.
7、 作為酒店的大使，提供考慮周到、個性化的服務來達到并超越客人的期許，讓他們快樂而知返。Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.
8、 協助大堂禮賓員及前臺完成當日工作職責。Assists in completing the duties of the Lobby Concierge and front desk.
9、必要時為酒店其他部門提供幫助。 Assists the hotel in providing lateral service to departments in need.
10、在指定的公共區域內盡職盡責完成工作。 Performing ownership duties of public areas as assigned.
11、 所有工作分配都要服從賓客體驗經理的安排。All other assignments as delegated by the Guest Experience Manager.
【崗位要求】
1、好的溝通技巧。Good communication skills.
2、有組織，可以從事多項任務，注重細節有善于解決問題的技能。Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
3、流利的英語說、寫能力。 English Fluent in both writing and speaking.
4、應具備在相當規模酒店1年的相關工作經驗。1 year in a similar size hotel.
