【崗位職責(zé) / Job Responsibilities】
- 檢查服務(wù)員的儀表儀容，監(jiān)督送餐部服務(wù)員和訂餐員的工作。
Inspect the appearance and grooming of service staff, and supervise the work of the in-room dining servers and order takers. - 安排服務(wù)員給賓客送贈品（如果籃、花籃、巧克力等）。
Arrange for servers to deliver complimentary gifts to guests (e.g., fruit baskets, flower baskets, chocolates, etc.). - 安排服務(wù)員收回房間通道及其他區(qū)域用過的餐車及餐具，并送往洗碗間。
Coordinate the retrieval of used meal carts and tableware from guest room corridors and other areas, and ensure their delivery to the dishwashing area. - 送餐前，檢查送餐車、托盤及贈品，確保一切準(zhǔn)備就緒，一旦需要，即可送出。
Before delivering orders, check the meal carts, trays, and gifts to ensure everything is ready for prompt service when needed. - 控制營業(yè)所需的餐具，定期參加盤點(diǎn)。

- 有在5星級同崗位工作1年以上。
At least 1 year of experience in the same position at a 5-star establishment. - 熟悉菜肴酒水知識，送餐服務(wù)的工作規(guī)范及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Familiar with knowledge of dishes and beverages, as well as service standards and quality requirements for in-room dining. - 熟知接待服務(wù)中的禮節(jié)禮儀。
Proficient in etiquette and manners for reception services. - 有較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力，及推銷能力。
Strong verbal communication and sales skills. - 能用英語為外賓客提供服務(wù)優(yōu)先。
Priority will be given to candidates capable of serving foreign guests in English.
