崗位職責/職位描述
在餐廳副經理領導下開展工作,負責餐廳服務員的日常工作安排、考核。確保每餐接待的質量并有效完成。Work under the relationship of the Chinese restaurant asst. manager, in charge of the daily work arrangement and assessment of the restaurant staff. Ensure the service quality of every meal and complete effectively.
【崗位職責】
1、保證提供熱情,專業,高效高質的服務;做到符合酒店的規章制度和MCIL的產品服務標準。To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCIL Products & Services Standards.
2、具有豐富的工作知識和管理能力,在工作區域根據標準準確地完成工作職責和任務及起表率作用。To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set
3、在其他的餐飲部門或者是酒店的其他部門,盡可能地靈活地去適應所分派的工作。To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
4、與客人建立友善的關系。合理的處理客人所有相關的服務要求。To establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service
5、保證整個團隊的融洽,專業和好客的形象。To ensure that the outlet team projects a warm, professional and welcome image
6、徹底的理解和掌握所有菜單中的食物和飲料的知識,并且運用在工作中進行推銷銷售。To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative
7、通過電話有禮貌的,有效率的處理客人的詢問和投訴。如果問題不能馬上解決,必須告訴客人,及確保問題得以解決。同時,及時地報告上級主管。To handle guest enquiries either by telephone in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
8、 參加或組織部門的培訓和會議,以及出席酒店安排的培訓和相關活動。To attend and contribute to all staff meetings departmental and hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities.
9、合理的完成被指派的工作責任和義務。To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
10、靈活的接受并完全合理的工作,包括在需要的情況下調換部門/區域,合適的商業需求和客人的需求。To flexible and to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative department/ areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
【崗位要求】
1、大專及以上學歷。University degree.
2、具有5星級以上酒店餐廳同級工作2年以上相關工作經驗。?With 2 years above 5 starts hotel working experience at restaurant.
