崗位職責/職位描述

全面負責餐飲部的酒水的管理及運營,中餐包廂客人的酒水服務,建立酒水銷售標準,掌握酒水市場銷售趨勢,及時創新及庫存的合理管控及盤點,提升酒水銷售額,提高化酒水銷售產出。Fully lead F&B division Beverage program, and the Chinese restaurant PDR beverage service, establish standards of beverage sales, inspiration beverage sales, trends and inventory, enhance & maximizes revenue of beverage sales.

【崗位職責】

1、負責酒店酒水部門的日常運營管理,包括酒水采購、庫存控制、成本核算及利潤分析。Responsible for daily operation and management of the Beverage Department, including beverage procurement, inventory control, cost accounting and profit analysis.

2、制定并執行酒水銷售策略,提升酒水銷售額及利潤率,完成部門營收目標。Formulate and implement beverage sales strategies to increase beverage turnover and profit margin, and achieve the departmental revenue targets.

3、監督酒水服務質量,確保符合酒店標準及客戶期望,處理客戶投訴及特殊需求。Oversee beverage service quality to ensure compliance with hotel standards and guest expectations, and handle guest complaints and special requests.

4、管理酒水團隊,包括招聘、培訓、排班及績效評估,提升團隊專業水平與服務意識。Manage the beverage team, covering recruitment, training, scheduling and performance appraisal, so as to improve the team’s professional competence and service awareness.

5、定期分析市場趨勢及競爭對手動態,優化酒水菜單及定價策略。Regularly analyze market trends and competitors’ developments, and optimize beverage menus and pricing strategies accordingly.

6、與餐飲部、宴會部等其他部門協調合作,確保酒水服務無縫銜接各類活動及宴會。Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as Food & Beverage and Banqueting to ensure seamless beverage service for all events and banquets.

7、確保酒水操作符合衛生、安全及法律法規要求,包括酒精飲品許可證等相關合規事項。Ensure all beverage operations comply with hygiene, safety and relevant laws and regulations, including compliance matters concerning alcohol service licenses.

8、協助各餐廳的運營與管理工作。Assist in the operation and management of all restaurant outlets.

9、完成上級交辦的其他事項。Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


【崗位要求】

1、具有大專以上文化程度2年以上同崗位相關工作經驗。?College diploma or above, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the same position.

2、熟悉高端酒吧運營管理和服務標準及工作流程。Familiar with operation management, service standards and working procedures of high-end bars.

3、有較高的處理突發事件的應變能力及對客溝通能力。Possess strong emergency response capability and guest communication skills.

4、熱愛服務工作,工作踏實、認真,有較強的事業心和責任感。Passionate about hospitality service, prudent and diligent at work, with a strong sense of dedication and responsibility.
