職位:銷售副總監Assistant Director of Sales
崗位職責/職位描述
職責概述:
GENERAL MISSION:
協助銷售總監,市場銷售部總監,與其他部門緊密配合,最大化酒店的銷售和收入機會。
Assist DOS/DOSM to provide leadership in all selling activities within the resort, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
工作職責:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
銷售Sales
1.與銷售總監建立銷售目標,調整銷售覆蓋率,并根據每一個銷售經理的優勢潛力分配客戶。
To establish sales targets together with DOS, adjust sales coverage and distribute accounts in accordance to each sales managers’ strength and potential.
2.根據預算完成年度銷售活動計劃達到預算收益。
To implement annual sales activity plan with measurable targets and expense budget to achieve budgeted revenues.
3.積極管理度假村內主要收益市場板塊的重點客戶。
To handle and actively supervise the management of key accounts in each of the resort’s revenue contributing market segments.
4.建議指導合同房價,包括但不限于公司協議價,旅行社批發價,長住客合同價,團隊價等,確保最大收益率。
To recommend contracted room rate structure including but not limited to corporate rates, wholesale rates, long stay rates, group rates, etc. ensuring maximum revenue generation.
5.掌握當前及未來競爭者的產品,價格及銷售計劃,并尋找資源完成每間可銷售房收入的最優化以達到/維護領導市場占有率。
To keep abreast of current and future competitors’ products, pricing, and sales programs and deploys resources to efficiently optimize RevPAR and achieve/maintain the leading market position.
6.協助DOS建立出差計劃,監督出差費用,提高效率。
To assist DOS to establish travel schedules and monitor travel expenses to optimize sales productivity.
7.參加促銷展覽及銷售計劃列明的銷售任務以爭取生意機會。
To attend trade shows and sales missions as outlined in the Marketing Plan to acquire business.
8.組織及帶領客人進行實地考察。
To organize and conduct site inspections with clients.
9.對過去已發生的團隊負責跟進,類似于發送感謝信,節假日祝福等,為將來的生意發展潛在客戶資源。
Responsible for history group follow up such as sending thank you letter or holiday cards and for developing potential client data for future business opportunities.
10.與其他Club Med度假村進行交叉銷售。
To drive cross selling to other Club Med Resorts.
11.處理來自集團辦公室的要求,同時與會議管理團隊一起跟進。
To handle leads and inquiries from Corporate Office and follow up accordingly with the events management team.
12.指導所有銷售經理、銷售主任和銷售協理的銷售活動。
To direct all sales activities of the sales managers, sales executives and sales coordinators.
13.實現已批準的銷售提成計劃的激勵工作,并領導銷售團隊完成/超出度假村收益計劃。
To implement the approved sales incentive program to motivate and drive sales team to achieve/exceed the revenue aspirations of the resort.
14.與度假村其他部門建立良好合作關系,確保了解銷售計劃,客戶的需求及期望。
To establish close relationship with other resort departments to ensure of understanding of sales programs, and the wants, needs and expectations of customers/guests.
15.與全球銷售辦公室、其它Club Med度假村及總部辦公室保持良好溝通。
To maintain positive communication with Corporate Sales Offices, other Club Med properties and head office.
