1、確保酒店最基本的品牌標準都要被貫徹執行。

Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

2、遵循執行所有凱悅溫情和餐飲經典20條的標準。

Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20.

3、對于客戶調查結果做出回應并落實相應的改善措施。

Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that therelevant changes are implemented.

4、以支持和靈活的態度與其他員工緊密合作,著眼于整個酒店的成功和酒店客人的滿意度。

Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner,focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotelguests.

6、記錄客人的點菜,并在結束電話前復述客人的點單。

Takes orders from guests and repeats the orders before ending thetelephone conversation.

7、確保按要求正確記錄所有點菜。

Ensures all orders are properly taken as requested.

8、確保將所有菜品按照服務標準送至客房。

9、嚴格遵守酒店的制度和程序,特別是進入客房的制度和程序
