崗位職責/職位描述
1、確保酒店最基本的品牌標準都要被貫徹執行。
Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
2、遵循執行所有凱悅溫情和餐飲經典20條的標準。
Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20.
3、對于客戶調查結果做出回應并落實相應的改善措施。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that therelevant changes are implemented.
4、以支持和靈活的態度與其他員工緊密合作，著眼于整個酒店的成功和酒店客人的滿意度。
Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner,focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotelguests.
5、以支持和靈活的態度和“團隊協作”的精神與其他部門合作。
Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in aspirit of “We work through Teams”.
6、記錄客人的點菜，并在結束電話前復述客人的點單。
Takes orders from guests and repeats the orders before ending thetelephone conversation.
7、確保按要求正確記錄所有點菜。
Ensures all orders are properly taken as requested.
8、確保將所有菜品按照服務標準送至客房。
Ensure all the orders are delivers to guests’ room followed the service standard..
9、嚴格遵守酒店的制度和程序，特別是進入客房的制度和程序
Strictly adheres to the hotel policies and procedures especiallyentering guest rooms.
10、確保不進入任何掛有“請勿打擾”標志的客房。
Ensures no entry to any guest room with ‘DND” sign.
11、得到通知后，迅速收回客房中或走廊上的餐具。
Collects cutlery from guest room or corridor as soon as being informed.
12、運送所點菜品同時呈送帳單并收取客人支付。
Presents bill and collects payment upon delivering the food.
13、核對收取的現金，確保所收現金都是真鈔。
Verifies cash received ensuring only genuine money been collected.
14、核對所有客人呈交信用卡，確保所有信用卡都在有效期內。
Verifies all credit cards presented by guest before to validity of thecard.
15、嚴格遵守財務部發出的關于收銀及現金處理的政策和程序。
Strictly adheres to all policies and procedures issued by the Financewith regard to cashiering and cash handling.
16、完全了解收銀系統的各方面。
Fully conversant with all aspects of the Cashier System.
17、對菜單上所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識和理解，并能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷。
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverageitems in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinationsand up sell alternatives.
