崗位職責/職位描述

1、遇到投訴或問題,如果不能立即找到解決問題的方法,則向領班/副理匯報。

Reportscomplaints or problems to Team Leaders/ Assistant Manager if no

immediatesolution can be found.

2、確保具有營銷員的態度并在酒店內隨時發現銷售的機會。

Ensuresa sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all salesopportunities within the Hotel.

3、確保持續提供高水平的對客服務。

Ensures a high level of customer service is consistentlymaintained.

4、確保將來自任何客人和其他部門的反饋與領班和副理進行溝通。

Ensuresthe Team Leader/ Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedbackfrom either customers or other departments.

5、確保具有高水平的酒店及本地的產品知識,以便在機會出現時,宣傳/銷售餐廳產品及其它設施/活動。

To beknowledgeable and promote/ upselling F&B outlets and other facilities/ programmeswhenever opportunities arises.

6、遵守酒店有關客房部的政策及程序。

Complies with the Hotel Policies & Procedures relatingto Housekeeping.

7、遵守房務部定立的系統及程序。

Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by theRooms Division.

8、每日對客房的清潔、消毒和服務都達到凱悅品牌的標準。

Performsroutine duties in the cleaning, sanitized and servicing of guest roomsensuring the cleanliness meet Hyatt Brand Standards.

9、根據部門要求,做房時區分不同顏色抹布的功能,不可混淆使用。

Accordingto the requirements of the department, when making room to distinguish thefunction of different colour cloth, cannot be confused to use

10、將所有杯子運到消毒間,嚴格按照杯具消毒程序進行清潔消毒。

Transportall glasses to the sterilizing room and clean and disinfect them strictlyaccording to the sterilizing procedure.

11、補充浴室用品。

Replenishes bathroom supplies.

12、清潔、消毒和服務包括住客及走客的客房,包括清潔浴室、更換布草、吸塵及清潔走道。

Cleans,sanitized andservices guest rooms, both stay over and check-out, including bathroomcleaning, changing linen, vacuuming, and cleaning hallways.

13、將垃圾運到垃圾處理區域。

Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

14、報告所有遺失及損壞的酒店財物。

Reports missing and damaged hotel property.

15、根據酒店“失物招領”制度,報告并上交所有失物招領事項。

Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel“Lost and Found” policy.

16、保持所有供應品、設備儲藏室的整潔。

Cleans and maintains all supplies, equipment and storagerooms.

17、每日盤查客房小酒吧,補充被客人消費的物品。

Check the mini bar daily to replenish the items consumed byguests.

18、根據客房部規定填寫每日工作報表。

Ccomplete daily work sheet according to HousekeepingDepartment principle.

19、根據酒店的政策和客房部的規定使用和控制鑰匙。

Use and control hotel keysaccording to hotel policy and Housekeeping principle.
