崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

1、遇到投訴或問題,如果不能立即找到解決問題的方法,則向領(lǐng)班/副理匯報(bào)。

3、確保持續(xù)提供高水平的對(duì)客服務(wù)。

Ensures a high level of customer service is consistentlymaintained.

4、確保將來自任何客人和其他部門的反饋與領(lǐng)班和副理進(jìn)行溝通。

Ensuresthe Team Leader/ Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedbackfrom either customers or other departments.

5、確保具有高水平的酒店及本地的產(chǎn)品知識(shí),以便在機(jī)會(huì)出現(xiàn)時(shí),宣傳/銷售餐廳產(chǎn)品及其它設(shè)施/活動(dòng)。

Complies with all systems and procedures as laid down by theRooms Division.

8、每日對(duì)客房的清潔、消毒和服務(wù)都達(dá)到凱悅品牌的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Performsroutine duties in the cleaning, sanitized and servicing of guest roomsensuring the cleanliness meet Hyatt Brand Standards.

9、根據(jù)部門要求,做房時(shí)區(qū)分不同顏色抹布的功能,不可混淆使用。

Accordingto the requirements of the department, when making room to distinguish thefunction of different colour cloth, cannot be confused to use

10、將所有杯子運(yùn)到消毒間,嚴(yán)格按照杯具消毒程序進(jìn)行清潔消毒。

Transportall glasses to the sterilizing room and clean and disinfect them strictlyaccording to the sterilizing procedure.

11、補(bǔ)充浴室用品。

Replenishes bathroom supplies.

12、清潔、消毒和服務(wù)包括住客及走客的客房,包括清潔浴室、更換布草、吸塵及清潔走道。

Cleans,sanitized andservices guest rooms, both stay over and check-out, including bathroomcleaning, changing linen, vacuuming, and cleaning hallways.

16、保持所有供應(yīng)品、設(shè)備儲(chǔ)藏室的整潔。

Cleans and maintains all supplies, equipment and storagerooms.

17、每日盤查客房小酒吧,補(bǔ)充被客人消費(fèi)的物品。

Check the mini bar daily to replenish the items consumed byguests.

18、根據(jù)客房部規(guī)定填寫每日工作報(bào)表。

Ccomplete daily work sheet according to HousekeepingDepartment principle.
