【崗位職責(zé)】
1. 掌握房務(wù)部工作知識(shí)并且十分熟悉前廳部日常運(yùn)行
Good knowledge and very familiar with all room department office area operation.
2. 熟練掌握相關(guān)公司計(jì)劃.
Good knowledge of corporate program
3. 熟練運(yùn)用PMS,鑰匙卡系統(tǒng)和電話系統(tǒng)的知識(shí),掌握各項(xiàng)功能
Good knowledge of PMS (Opera), key card system and PABX system.
4. 良好的財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí),熟悉相關(guān)信用政策
Good knowledge of finance and credit policy.
5. 良好的英語(yǔ)能力
Good English language skill.
6. 良好的管理技能
Good supervisory skill.
7. 良好的溝通技巧
Good communication skill
8. 與接待處合作有關(guān)于房間狀態(tài)的問(wèn)題,以確保在任何時(shí)間里房間的狀態(tài)被準(zhǔn)確的記錄
Co-operate with the Reception on room discrepancies to ensure accurate room status at all times
9. 建立監(jiān)督部門目標(biāo)完成情況的系統(tǒng)
Set up systems to monitor achievement of departmental goals and objectives

【崗位要求】
1、具有酒店管理學(xué)位的優(yōu)先,或有與之相等的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
University degree in Hotel Management preferred. Can be replaced by adequate experience
2、具有良好的關(guān)于樓層,公共區(qū)域以及洗衣房方面的專業(yè)知識(shí)。
Good knowledge of all Housekeeping areas, i.e. Guest floor, P.A. and laundry operation
3、至少三年五星級(jí)酒店房務(wù)副總監(jiān)的運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum 3 years 5 start hotel working experience required in front office operation in ADOR position
