崗位職責/職位描述
1.Develop and maintain corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour groups, meeting clients, and individual business customers.
負責散客、商務公司、協議單位、旅行社、會議團隊等客戶的開發與維護。
2.Conduct client visits, build long-term relationships, and achieve individual sales targets.
主動拜訪客戶,建立并維護良好客戶關系,完成個人銷售指標。
3.Handle inquiries, quotations, reservations and confirmations for rooms, meetings, banquets, F&B and other services.
接收、跟進、報價、確認各類客房、會議、餐飲、婚宴等預訂需求。
4.Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
與前廳、餐飲、會議、客房等部門協作,確??蛻艚哟c服務順暢。
5.Collect market and competitor information and report to supervisor.
收集市場信息、競爭對手動態,及時反饋給上級。
6.Complete daily reports, client files, visit records and sales documentation.
完成銷售報表、客戶檔案、拜訪記錄等日常工作。
7.Participate in hotel promotions, marketing activities and client events.
參與酒店促銷活動、推廣及客戶答謝活動。
8.Handle client feedback and minor complaints to improve satisfaction and retention.
處理客戶簡單投訴與需求,提升客戶滿意度與復購率。
9.Be responsible for daily clerical work of the department: Organize and file sales documents, contracts and client files; input and statistics sales reports, visit records and order data; draft and distribute minutes of department meetings.
負責部門日常文職工作:包括銷售文件、合同、客戶檔案的整理歸檔;銷售報表、拜訪記錄、訂單數據的錄入與統計;部門會議紀要的撰寫與分發、考勤等。
