As a Duty Manager, we rely on you to:

• Assist FOM to ensure smooth operation offront office. Be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities and be in good condition.

• Maintain good customer relationship and beable to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.

• To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, andemployee' s activities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 1 years in the same position in 5-star international hotel, preferably has hotel pre-opening experience.

• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
