As a Service Leader - Guest Floor, we rely on you to:

• Manage assigned rooms, ensuring daily cleaning and maintenance meets hotels standards.

• Inspect VIP guest rooms, floors, floor pantries, and other daily activity areas.

• Ensure the implementation of regular inspections and thorough cleaning of guest rooms and hallways.

We are looking for someone who:

候選人應具備以下特質：

• At least 1 year’s?experience as floor supervisor

• Good knowledge of room management

? ? ?熟知客房管理專業知識

• Cheerful personality, practical work, have a strong sense of service and responsibility

? ? ?性格開朗、工作踏實，有較強的服務意識和責任感

• Basic English ability

• 5* hotel preparation experience is preferred
