• To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's standards operating policies and procedures.

• To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La's experiences and Group specifications.

? ? ?具有香格里拉質量標準、服務標準及集團規范之運作知識。

• Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily.

? ? ?每日檢查所有的公共區域和后區。

• Ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with standards.

? ? ?確保所有的工作按照標準按時完成。

• Ensures public area attendants' work assignments are completed.

? ? ?確保公共區域員工完成所分配的工作。

We are looking for someone who:

候選人應具備以下特質：

• At least 2 years’experience?in a similar capacity

? ? ?2年類似工作經驗

• Cheerful personality, practical work, have a strong sense of service and responsibility

? ? ?性格開朗、工作踏實，有較強的服務意識和責任感

• Basic English ability

? ? ?具有基本的英語能力

• 5* hotel preparation experience is preferred
