Act on and respond to all enquiries and requests for proposals within 24 hrs.
3.?建立系統(tǒng)的銷售活動(dòng)計(jì)劃以更有效的開展客戶，從而確保酒店銷售額的最大化
Formulate a systematic approach to developing sales plans and activities to support account set in order to achieve maximum return on sales call productivity.
4.?積極發(fā)展利用私人關(guān)系以擴(kuò)大客戶范圍
Solicits through personal call additional sales accounts from assigned accounts.
5.?為了更好地位客戶提供服務(wù)，加強(qiáng)與前廳、餐飲、客房及其它部門合作配合
Coordinates with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Housekeeping and other related department to ensure the highest level of customer service for our accounts.
6.?負(fù)責(zé)在銷售管理系統(tǒng)中及時(shí)更新工作進(jìn)程
Maintains an up-to-date record of all sales activities and account profiles within the sales management
system.
1.?每周上交以下報(bào)表：每周銷售活動(dòng)情況，下周銷售計(jì)劃，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者和市場(chǎng)分析和其它報(bào)表
Submits the following reports on a weekly basis, a summary of sales activities, forward sales plans, competitive and market intelligence and any other report as may be required.
2.?參加會(huì)展和開展銷售掃樓及出差等活動(dòng)，以擴(kuò)大銷售范圍
Participates actively at assigned trade shows, sales blitz and sales trip to gain exposure for the hotel and secure sales leads.
3.?參加每周由銷售總監(jiān)或其助理主持的會(huì)議
Attends weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales or his/her Assistant.
4.?完成其它委派的任務(wù)
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
