與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系
Active distribution of product information and creates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility
高效認知和掌握銷售線索
Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently
代表酒店參加銷售活動
Represent the hotel to participate in sales activities
發揮創造力，為酒店的產品及部門做出應有的貢獻
Creative contribution to product and sales development
仔細計劃與客戶的會面，對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理，完成銷售目標
Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interviews
在所負責的市場區域內，監視和報告市場及競爭者的情況
Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment
準備銷售報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便于工作的跟進
Prepare the sales report and ensure the accuracy of market and customer information for work follow-up.
【崗位要求】
1、具備領導才能，了解所負責部門對各職位的責任
2、掌握使用互聯網及其它主要電腦系統的知識
3、掌握應用銷售及前臺的電腦系統
4、了解商務旅游、旅游業國際市場，會議旅游及餐飲銷售
5、能夠掌握和理解市場和競爭
6、良好的人際交往和溝通技巧
7、獨立工作和團隊工作的能力
