您的職責是在遵循凱悅酒店集團的企業戰略及品牌標準的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營運,并滿足員工、客人及酒店業主的期望。
You will be responsible?to assist with the?efficient running of?the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting?employee, guest and owner expectations.
通過禮貌及有效的方式,處理所有賓客及內部顧客的投訴及要求,跟確保問題得以圓滿解決。
Handle all complaints and requests from guests and internal customers in a polite and effective manner to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
提交所有顧客/員工突發事件報告。
Submit all customer/employee emergency reports.
確保所有的財務記錄都遵守酒店、公司及當地的政策和規章,包括及時、 準確地匯報財務信息。
Ensure that all financial records comply with hotel, company, and local policies and regulations, including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
與客人及相關部門保持良好合作關系。
Maintain good cooperative relationships with customers and relevant departments.
參加必要的培訓和例會。
Attend necessary training and meetings.
