1.您的職責是在遵循凱悅酒店集團的企業戰略及品牌標準的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營運,并滿足員工、客人及酒店業主的期望。?
You will be responsible for?the efficient running of?the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting?employee, guest and owner?expectations.
2.遵循餐廳的經營理念及凱悅酒店集團的標準來管理指定餐廳,使之成為成功的獨立盈利中心,?在嚴格按預算范圍經營的同時,提高顧客滿意度,確保餐廳的盈利。
To manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost center, by maintaining an organizational and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.
3.在營運過程中將對餐飲產品進行檢驗和監督,并作出反饋。
During the operation process, food and beverage products will be inspected and supervised, and feedback will be provided.
4.與客人建立并保持良好的客戶關系。
