·??????? To ensure that all repairs & job orders are carried out in an efficient manner that negative comments are minimized.

·??????? Accountable for inventory of all carpentry supplies Record the daily job done.
?? ?負(fù)責(zé)所有木工工具供應(yīng)品的細(xì)目單, 并記錄日常完成的工作。
·??????? Construct, repair and maintenance of :
?? ?建造，維修與保養(yǎng)的范圍有：
·??????? All kinds of wooden & timber work in the hotel including public area, guest rooms & back of the house area.
?? ?飯店內(nèi)各種各樣的木工任務(wù)，包括公共區(qū)域，客房及后勤區(qū)域。
·??????? Table, chairs, bed, doors, bed castors, locks & keys, window rubber lining, curtain rods, curtain pelmet, door stoppers, frames, hinges & closer, glass top & window frames.
?? ?桌子，椅子，床，門，床上的腳輪，鎖和鑰匙，窗簾軸，窗簾，閉門器，門框，鉸鏈,窗框。
·??????? Ceiling boards such as gypsum & plaster ceiling, Partitions, notice boards, pigeon holes, racks, cup boards, stools, trolleys & wheels.
?? ?天花板如石膏與灰泥天花板，隔墻，告示牌，鴿柜，行李架，杯盤，凳子，臺(tái)車和車輪。
·??????? Platforms, wooden ramps, nailing & hanging pictures decorating items during festival seasons.
? ??平臺(tái)，木坡道和節(jié)日期間裝飾用的掛畫。
·??????? Carpet & wallpaper repairs, minor masonry work such as tiling of walls & floors, varnishing furniture.

·??????? All wooden furniture painting , wall paper and ceilings has always to be in perfect condition.
