·??????Process allincoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
·??????Records andcontrols accurately wake up calls
·??????Pages guests inco-operation with concerned departments
·??????Records all entrieson traffic sheets
·??????Assists guests withinternational calls and directory queries
·??????Calls guests byname whenever possible
·??????Pages staff memberwhen requested
·??????Abides byprinciples of guest privacy
·??????Handles guestsneeds or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor
·??????Report on logbookdaily
·??????Bill call costs
·??????Aware of localtelephone listings and frequently dialed numbers
