【JOB DESCRIPTION崗位職責】
- Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public & floor areas
熟悉酒店所有公共和樓層區域。
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner
確保及時完成日常保潔工作。
- Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently
有效地處理應急事件。
- Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions
與客房部領班溝通關于化學清潔用品使用的事宜，匯報發現的問題并提出相應的整改建議。
- Contribute to Housekeeping Departmental Meetings
參與客房部部門會議。
- Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognise and respond to guests needs
掌握酒店各類特殊活動信息以便發現并滿足客人需求。
- Maintain Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
熟悉酒店情況，向客人提供相關信息。
- Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests
樂于幫助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到達酒店內的指定地點。
- Complete tasks as directed by Management
完成管理層交辦的工作。
- Refer major complaints to management
向上級領導匯報客人的重大投訴。
- Operate equipment safety and sensibly
安全正確地使用保潔設備。
- Maintain stock levels
合理保持保潔用品的存貨量。
- Recycle where possible
盡可能對資源進行再利用
- Works in line with business requirements
