崗位職責/職位描述
1.?Offers any kind of help and suggestions to all concerned in dealing with personnel related matters.對辦公室內部相關事情提供幫助及提出建議。
2.?Handle the check in/out for Team Members. ?
負責員工入職和離職手續。
3.?Takes charge of the filing system at the HR Office and keeps all the files in a good system.
負責辦公室內部的檔案管理及其他文件的管理。
4.?Monitors on the using of stationery & printing materials in the Office.
負責文具,紙張等辦公用品的補充及發放。
5.?Provides relevant information and assists to the design and edition of?team member?magazines, newsletter, and fliers, etc.?
為員工雜志,員工告示欄等的編輯提供相關信息。
6.?Ensures all team member facilities in reading room and recreation room and team member Dorm are maintained in good order and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards.
確保員工閱覽室和娛樂室及員工宿舍等設施都能正常使用,并符合酒店的衛生標準。
7.?Assist in the organization of the?team member?activity and recreation.
協助部門組織員工活動。
8.?To assist the hotel?internal communication with?team members.
協助內部員工的溝通工作。
9.?Provide?necessary information and explanations to?team member?in the time correctly and accurately as required.?
為員工的詢問提供準確而正確的回答及解釋。
10.?Implements the hotel P&P regarding the team member salary and benefits.
執行酒店的工資福利政策。
11.?Develops and maintains current payroll processing procedures.
制訂并維護當前薪金發放的各個環節。
12.?Maintains confidentiality at all times and maintains strict practice of office lock up and security of information.
在任何時候都要對薪金保密,并嚴格執行辦公室出入及安全制度。
13.?Performs payroll processing and month end closing of payroll.
完成薪金的統計以及月末結算工作。
14.?Ensure overtime claims are supported by proper approval and authorization.
確保加班得到正式批準和認可。
15.?Prepares input for payroll run including hours worked, terminations, adjustments, annual, sick and recreation leave.
統計發放薪金的依據,如工作時間、起止日期、換班、休假、病假及事假等。
16.?Attend to team member enquiries in relation to pay issues.
回答員工對薪金發放的質疑。
17.?Prepares manual payment for termination.
準備已辭職員工的薪金支付。
18.?Be?in?charge of team members’ leave request and record.
負責員工的請假事宜及紀錄。
19.?Assist??HR Manager to handle team members’ pension and benefit issue.
協助人力資源部經理處理員工保險福利等事宜。
20.?Supervises filing of payroll reports.
管理有關薪金的檔案資料。
21.?Coordinates with outside data processing company as requested.
與外部的數據處理公司保持良好的合作關系。
22.?Maintains relationships with labor offices to ensure rates of pay are correct and current and maintains current copies of labor agreements (Awards) for all positions.
與勞動局保持聯系,以保證薪金發放的準確性,并保管好勞動合同的復印件。
23.?Coordinates with other departments as necessary.
與其他部門保持良好的合作關系。
24.?Assist HRM to handle Work Permit , visa etc for foreign team members.
協助人力資源部經理辦理外籍員工的簽證等事宜。
25.?Updates manning headcount and compiles the monthly manning report.
更新月度人數報告,流動率報告等相關的人力資源報告。
26.?Processes all the Personnel Action Form coming in / out of the HR Office. Administrators employee’s confirmation, promotion / demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation. ?Ensures all the forms and database are properly processed, filed and updated.
負責員工的個人變動表如轉正,升職,離職等記錄并歸檔。
27.?Supervises and checks all HR team to update the personnel data into the computer system.
監督并保證所有人員信息的更新并輸入電腦。
28.?Adhere?to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
堅持酒店安全制度、緊急情況處理規定和程序。
29.?To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.
確保員工充分的理解并遵守員工手冊內容。30.?The?management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
