崗位職責/職位描述
Oversees the Sales& Marketing Department and works with the Excoms in achieving the hotel’s market positioning and revenue goals.
負責市場銷售部的運作；與管理層共同努力，以實現酒店的市場定位和收入目標。
Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotel.
在與市場銷售有關的酒店戰略計劃和總體經營目標方面，向總經理提供建議，樹立酒店良好的品牌形象。
Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotel image.
維護集團的標準、品牌的一致性和酒店的形象。
Determines overall Sales & Marketing objectives and initiatives best suit the hotel.
具備設立最適合酒店的總體銷售目標及行動方案的能力。
Produces and executes Sales & Marketing budgets and business plans.
具備制訂和執行銷售預算及經營計劃的能力。
Effectively promotes and positions the brand and the hotel at its good level.
具備高效地推廣和將品牌定位在理想的水平的能力。
Manages and administrates the Sales & Marketing department.
具備管理市場銷售部的能力。
Assists the General Manager and the Excom in achieving the hotel’s business objectives and revenue goals.
